I am seeing conflicting information regarding the max level on the wiki and the forums. Please advise of current max level? I would like to skill plan my character correctly the first time.

for soul linker and taekwon master, base level 99 and job level 50

You can always reset, you get 1 for free every year and there are many events where you can get them for free too.
