Will the game look warped or stretched out of its resolution when I go fullscreen because of the monitor's 21:9 aspect ratio?

It would probably look really weird. Best case scenario, it would look normal but you would see areas of the map that are outside of your render distance. So if you were in Prontera, the number of merchants displayed would only cover a section of the screen not the entire visible map (for example). You might also experience a smaller UI than would be comfortable to look at unless you manually adjusted your aspect ratio to scale the UI appropriately.

 

Even on a 16:9 aspect ratio RO can look fat. (I am used to this but it IS a thing). Unless you do 4:3 it will look fat.
