Hi guys, i saw many videos on YouTube about Little Garden in different builds and the item has no sense.

A FAS ranger tested versus Gambler set and the set is inferior to this item (you can use survivor's orb and increase your atk in 3% or use options like tengu scroll).

Another guy tested this item in a ranger AS build. At least in this case Diabolus wing gives more atk if your boots are +14 and you have blut hase card (but even with that gears, he said it would be better Little Garden + Temporal dex with enchants)

The last option where still not tested is against mob scarf set in MA GX (probably the atk% of mob scarf should be superior but we need a prove of that).

What's the opinion of the community here?

It serve as an alternative option.

Gambler set still gives 4 flat aspd and decent crit rate, its not inferior.

Looks like it would go well with high LUK builds that are using Ring of Jupiter [1] and do not really need ASPD.

One example is a Rebel with high LUK spamming Round Trip. I don't know much about Rebel, but that's the idea.

Another idea is working with skills that can crit that are not as ASPD reliant. If I remember right, some of RK and GX skills will crit in the future.

it goes well with ring of jupiter to increase atk especially for ma gx no? not to mention bonus damage to boss type mob and +30% crit damage.

also with 185 update you have more stat point so yeah...

With little garden requiring 125 luk, might as well wear pdm and get 1 more luk to 126 so you 100% pierce, freeing up your shadows and other slots for anything other than pierce i guess...

its kinda best for my crit RK (125str 126luk), crit GX, and crit SC 
for RK comparison:
- while extreme, i can reach 193 aspd with 1 agi using gambler seal, but ofc the extra vit does not worth that much, if i go 130 str still not that best
- with 20 agi, i can reach 193 with 20 agi using little garden and its dishing out the best damage right now with the lower HG part free. the only drawback is the agi-vit combo bonus from mob scarf.

 

tl:dr. it pair best with crit build with 125+ luk (jupiter ring/pdm)

mob need Str, when you play Range(Ranger Dancer Bard) class that was super useful.

I tested little garden vs mob scarf set for GX and it feels a bit better little garden (Except for faceworm if you have engankto en your sunglasses)

If I may jump in.  Other Set ups can always beat Little Garden.  Will always be based on the total set-up and stat build.  I am just happy that finally, physical characters can skip "Sera" Build and put those stats elsewhere   (of course with the exception of D.SET for characters not bound to use Enforcer Shoes)

We have all mid gears that gives atk based on stats except dex. Wonder if jro have one for dex?
Str= tengu combo
Vit= star eyes
Int= seraphim
Agi= imperial
Luk= little garden.
All round = mob.

Little Garden frees up lower headgear slot, which you can use happy balloon for drop rate, or toy syringe, in comparison of other sets.

Like you said, based on total set up, and physical class always can choose to not use sera.

It's a great build for GX because you can pump your luk and free up the lower headgear slot, achieving the same damage and bonus you'd  get by using the other OCP builds that require x2 headgear slots, but freeing up lower headgear for Happy Balloon etc. I bought mine for 500m so it was more for convenience - I certainly wouldn't pay 2.5b, but again...I'm a leisure player, not crazy. For a perfect GX build, it's up there in price and it makes sense for the Happy Balloon farmer.

When I started in November last year Little Garden was around 1.2b. Then a month or two after it went down to 500-700m. We even saw it in vend. This is due to the last flash sale which made all old ocps available. People were opening like crazy since Little Garden had a shortage in supply. Come to present where a lot of the crit builds are more viable with the recent ocps, all the Little Gardens are sold out in the market. Just wait for another flash sale for the supply to increase or maybe a new middle headgear that rivals LG or maybe something more viable for a certain build, you'll see prices go down.

 

Funny enough, for some builds, the 125/126 LUK build with Little Garden is considered the more "cheaper" approach.

The ability to gain 180 atk and you also can wear Vassalage Necklace. Maybe that's the reason it is so popular. Most people will just go for dps.

I actually prefer Imperial Feather with Royal Guard Necklace combo over Little Garden as it gives me immunity to some de-buff which is crucial for my GX as I can no longer one shotting everything in CL.
