2. confirm a resolution for Kronecker G. Heine Card issue?
3. address the lack of GM staff available to investigate reports during WoE?

Good news! I was informed that the Costume Turkey Hat and Costume Harvest Festa Hat will be fixed this maintenance, so I'll add it to the notes!
