I'm finding it quite hard to solo and want to upgrade my gear. See below!

 

My headgear, weapon, and boots all have open slots for cards.

 

I have no money limit but it just need to not be billions lol.

 

Also any advice on alternate places to level aside from turn in area would be appreciated. I'm level 102.

How much zeny exactly do you have? Will make suggesting easier.

White Wing Set is not BIS anymore but it can last you till you can make the bigger upgrades. Biggest upgrade will be Ignis Cap Type K+ Virtual OS Bow at level 130  then next biggest is Perverse Demon Mask so you can do maximum damage by bypassing defense and get additional stats to reach insta cast.

 

A leveling route you can do to make some side zeny is illusion dungeons Illusion Dungeons - iRO Wiki and mix in nightmare pyramid when you can do the bounty board

make that +6, use that with elemental arrow to your advantage,

strongly recommend you to pick up a prism scarf asap, it's relatively cheap right now.

zeny wise you can go and farm +20 food materials, there is always demand for it.

I have about 1 bil zeny. That Ignis Cap Type K is soooooo expensive wow. I am a veeeery long way from 130. I'm super old school and don't know much about modern leveling. I would always reply on gramps turn ins but you can not find a quick party for mid tier turn ins anymore. I have insta cast on my arrow storm but the issue is the cool down that prevents me from using it again quickly. Any suggestions for good gear that could pump up my damage right now?

IGN Is Taokaka Nya. Is royal bow much better than what I have? I would only need a +6 one? I would lose my white wing set bonus if I got the prism scarf. Or do you just mean buy the scarf now to use later? XD Where can I farm +20 food stuff? I still know barely anything about renewal it feels like. I mostly played in 2004 and so much has changed. I need everyone to hold my hand through this. @_@

You have nearly 1b i would just save it and farm some more zeny to get Ignis Cap Type K+ Virtual OS Bow. Definitely grab a ranger prism scarf though they are very cheap atm before the price jumps back up to 400m+.

 

Ignis Cap Type K+Virtual OS bow can reduce Arrow Storm cooldown by 2.5 secs on top of the damage increase it gives making it BIS for Arrow Storm builds atm so i wouldnt heavily invest in any bow that is not Virtual OS Bow right now since no telling how long it take to sell. Pair Ignis Cap Type K+Virtual OS Bow and Ranger Prism Scarf and you can get Arrow Storm down to .5 sec cooldown letting you do 2 arrow storms per second.

 

Leveling guide this one still alright [R] Speed Leveling Guide - Guides and Quests - WarpPortal Community Forums though i just run through illusion dungeons level 100~175. Illusion dungeons give good exp and have chance to actually get cards of worth while leveling.

What made you say it will go back up again in price? has the price gone down in recent months?

If you planning to go Arrow Storm build, yes Ignis Cap Type K + Virtual Bow will be your best option, and you can always refine the headgear whenever you can afford, its just u might wan to at least +11 the VIrtual Bow for extra Arrow Storm damage.
Prism ranger scarf reduce your No Limit cooldown,20%range damage and also another 0.2s Arrow Storm cooldown, assuming u satisfied the required skills from the gears.

As for leveling before reaching 130lvl (assuming you are/can get the set mentioned), you can check out Royal Bow or Gigantic Bow that allow you to any other element arrows instead of Elven Arrow (neutral)

Class Shadow sets gives 50% penetration on normal monster, which can helps you boost some damage while you leveling, it also give +10 all stats to help you instant cast Arrow Storm when you switch to  Ignis Cap Type K + Virtual Bow combo
