I think it was just Santa that was reset.

I was told we need more information, which is why sending in the tickets about the guild issue is important. We might go down tomorrow to fix guilds, but we need the tickets submitted first to see what's going on with the db. Thanks!

LOL My guild leader was kicked out and change to someone else which i do not even know who as the guild leader... 

I do not even have a 177 Warlock to begin with...  and the other guild leader was remove and change to another char as guild leader.... this is a total mess

Good evening, it is painful what you are doing with the game, especially since December of last year and I would like to list if someone from the studio takes a look at the forum and directly receives all the hard feedback that they surely DO NOT receive and perhaps make you think that everything is not well.

1.- This year there were NO event WoE's. Although "no one plays them and they are dead" you broke with that server dynamic.

2.- THE WAR OF EMPERIUM PAUSE IN THE SERVER WAS EXECUTED IN A DESIRABLE WAY.

The castle NPCs were active, you could increase the castle economy but there were no treasures. To the CM's, have you ever really played ragnarok? Do you know how the server moves at Christmas time? The answer falls out of mature, IS NO.

The santa did not give the christmas gifts, instead they said they would give "the gifts" with the rewards login that would arrive this January along with the 1 day VIP for compensation. NEITHER ONE NOR THE OTHER. Don't put me down, I'm not one of those who cry all the time for compensation, but if you say you're going to do something, do it, otherwise no one will take you seriously.

3.- Santa's Teleport NEVER gave access to the Abbys Dungeon. They did a "Reset" to see that problem and when the server returned, I wanted to go hunting in the abbys trying to remember the dynamics that Santa used to do, to realize that it was still broken and to top it off, we put in the forum that it was still the error and the answer was: "We are going on vacation for Christmas, see you on January 6!" And apparently as the study and the CM's have no idea of ​​the game they did not realize that perhaps, that ERROR OF THE ABBYS was due to the terrible error of not checking the NPCs of the castles, it was giving that error, but no, you wait for it to be the community whoever gives you the errors and then correct them. And if those errors are bugs like the previous Shadows Equipement that only players knew, they can be silent for years and nobody knows anything and they take advantage of the great work of the studio.

4.- At Christmas the investment machine must be OFF until the regular WoE's return, but I was surprised that they were still ACTIVE.

You had to copy an NPC from years past, but they are so GENIUS, they break an NPC that has been working well for more than 5 years.

5.- The game crashes yesterday and when it returns there are no guilds, they do their "maintenance" and now EVERYONE WHO CAME IN WHEN THE ERROR WAS EXPELLED FROM THEIR GUILD, INCLUDING, THE GUILDMASTERS.

 

I'm not asking you for compensation, free vip or anything like that. I only ask that you play ragnarok once a week at least and know that it should be right and it should be wrong. I am very sad to see that the same community is the one that realizes the errors and that it is wrong faster than the CM'S, GM's and the so famous "study"

I rely 100% on my guild storage nowadays, every time finish using eq i will keep them in guild storage, now if they cannot fix the guild storage i think i just can login and AFK

And also the Cotton & Snow Flowers, please make them storable in storage & carts, last year was fine in that way I kept them store in my merchant's cart now I took out and they're stucked in that char's inventory. I know we can sell them, but hey time and effort were spent farming them, at the very least it doesn't harm to be shareable within account right?

+1 to that, I dont know why warpportal made it worse this year, as it was last year was perfect. Please storable snow flowers, cottons and blue cards, also blue cards weight = 0 please

Please update Dark Illusion status. At this point it should revert the window instead of showing wrong numbers of the damage received
