We are going back down. We confirmed that characters are being removed from guilds when users login. This shouldn't be happening and there was no change that should have caused this. So were digging into the root cause.

The table was already rolled back. We need to prevent the server from doing this action then we can restore the data again.

Should rollback to last Monday night or Tuesday morning or Tuesday night to be Safe. Isn’t the problem start Wednesday morning?

And just give extended exp and drop rate.

Got kicked out from game in the middle of an instance and probably won't be able to repeat it today, so its wasted.

Yea roll back to before server acting up I would say Tuesday morning to be safe. Then compensate the vip time for 5 days. Extend the exp and drop event. And card drop rate 0.02 event

We think we solved it. We are restoring the guild data from back up again and will be testing. If it is all correct I will announce opening. There will be compensation for this in addition to Santa's Gift, and the VIP time promised.

Good news it is fixed. My pre existing guilds are returned. I no longer lose my guild on login. I can create a new guild without causing a server hiccup. We are opening.
