Hello peepz, after saving some zenies, I finally was able to buy my +8 Cylinder hairband, and right after that I went to test the damage, supposedly it gives you 60% cart cannon damage(10+20+30% if +8)
Okay, then I test my damage without any helm with uproar and cart boost damage, did 7800, and then I equipped my hairband and my damage was only 8100.
The cart cannon cast reduction is working perfectly, but the damage modifier sure isnt.
I know that cart cannon damage varies, but with 60% sure my damage should've increase by a good amount.
What do now ? Thanks in advance

I've been following up on this, I believe the team needs to reach out to the studio to find out if we got a ninja change put in that was intentional.
