Using the mouse scroll wheel, by default scrolling down zooms in. How to reverse that and make scrolling down zoom out only in-game?

 

Edit: As the closest alternative, ended up using AutoHotKey program to make Ctrl + Scroll Down to zoom out and vice versa. Here's the code in case anyone else wants it:
