"Increases critical damage by 30%" and "Crit +30".

 

Is there a difference? Does "Increases critical damage by 30%" mean 30% increase in the frequency of the critical attacks or 30% increase in the damage of the critical attacks? How about "Crit +30"?

The "Crit+30" part means how much your critical rate its being increased (how often your are making critical hits)

 

And the Critical Damage part is basically, how extra damage you are making when landing a critical hit.
