As the title says, Im looking for a Axe Tornado build, trying to find out if it Ranged or not ranged, and what stats make it more effective, ive poured over the forum, looks on wikis and such, but cant find a clear answer, So if anyone can bring light to what I need stat and equip wise id really appreciate it.

1. Melee. "Inflicts Melee Physical Damage to all enemies in a set area around the user."

• Sea Captain Hat [1] - If upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 40%.
• Old Driver Band [1] - Increases damage by 20% for every 2 upgrade levels.
• Work Cap:
  • Increases damage by 20%.
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, increases damage by an additional 30%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases damage by an additional 50%.

Weapon

• Avenger [2] - For every 3 upgrade levels, increases damage by 10%.
• Illusion War Axe [2]:
  • Increases damage by 100%.
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, increases damage by an additional 20%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases damage by an additional 20%.
• Tornado Axe [1] - Reduces cooldown by 1 second.

Garment

• Magma Manteau [1] - Increases damage by 20% per level of Axe Boomerang known.

Shoes

• Illusion Military Boots - Increases damage by 30% per level of Axe Boomerang known.

Accessory

• Arquien's Necklace [1] - Increases damage by 1% for every 3 base levels.

Equipment Sets

• Ruff Officer & Tornado Axe Set - Increases damage by 15% per 2 upgrade level of Tornado Axe.
• Supplement Part Str & Supplement Part Con Set - Increases damage by 25%.

Card

• True Howard Alt-Eisen Card:
  • Increases damage by 20%.
  • Increases damage by an additional 20% when compounded to a level 4 weapon.
  • If upgrade level is +10 or higher, increases damage by an additional 20%.
