hi, can someone tell me what is exactly change for frosty misty future update? I see on divinpride

 

1.6 Frost Misty

- Becomes target skill. Deals damage on target enemy and nearby enemies. So the skill's area of effect will be changed.

- Inflicts new status effect "Frost" on target. Target under Frost effect will take more damage from Jack Frost for 10 seconds. (Frost will apply to all type of target, include players)

- Changes damage display from 7 split hits to 5 cumulative hits.

 

is new status "Frost" same with today status "Freezing"? if yes so it only change from non target to trarget skill?

Unlikes Freezing, Frost works on boss mobs and has no any negative effect on target.
Only mark them to take "another" formula of Jack Frost.
