I'm honestly not sure if this is even an issue or not because I've been gone for almost 2 years. I know I have an account for transcendence since I made it back in 2020. At first I downloaded and installed both normal RO and transcendence, but logging into both send me to the Chaos and Thor servers. Then I uninstalled RO but the same thing. So I uninstalled RT and reinstalled it, but same thing! What is the transcendence server supposed to be called, and am I getting this issue because the name for my RO and RT accounts are the same? Any help would be really appreciated.

Also to add on, when you are logging into the transcendence client the server you should be seeing is named Poring.

It was from the website and even says transcendence download manager. It’s very strange.

Ah! I figured out what the issue was! It seems that I was using the winrar files from RO rather than RT since they both end up in the warp portal folder. I had the RT and RO files saved in different warp portal folders and I was able to get on finally!

Ahhh, okay, that's good to hear! We were checking the download manager on the RT website and wasn't getting the same error you were, so I'm glad you were able to resolve it.
