New OCP item Themis Balance effect "When Hesperus Lit Lv5, reduce delay after skill by 30%" is not working.

skills something like heal, tuna belly (effect of Divine Guard Hat) delays are not reduced.

(same effect item Shiled Ring reduces them)

 

please fix it

still any fix?, i reset my character to make it Genesis Ray Build, but it's unplayable with Themis Balance.

strange, i use 0% delay reduction acessories (Celine brooch + Evil spirit glove) and then change to 2x themis balance, all of my skill ACD is same.

themis balance do not reduce nor increase ACD .____.

Do you have Hesparus Lit at Lv 5? It will increase your delay if you have the skill at lv 5.

actually that seems it works to me, not sure if give me 30% delay but at least it's not increased

I do not dare to have level 5 skills,

Cast reduction it's working with Inspiration LV5.

Not sure, i don't have other gears to test, only PDM with Dark Faceworm and it's pretty much the same, so i guess not.

Just got more info.

 

It's ok to equip it, but you won't get delay reduction. However, once you unequip it, your delay will continuously increase.

Same as KianS, any update? The Illusion Shield needs it's refinement bonus fixed as well, you don't get any bonus from refining.

Today's patch note says "Themis Balance will give its set bonus" .

 

But NOT FIXED YET (incleases post delay)

Ah okay, I just followed up on this and was told what was fixed was the "set bonus" only. So I'll remind them that the reducing delay needs to be fixed as well.

Themis Balance does not have a "set bonus". Are they referring to the increase damage per level? If they are referring to "Release of Magic" we do not have that on IRO...

Yeah I'm guessing they're talking about the release of magic. I was kinda confused when I read the set bonus thing too but I assumed it meant the delay fix.

 

Also please talk to them about an npc that sets a floor (even if it's 10%) for items that drop like crimsons, the drops in abyss glastheim/magma 3, whatever else. Even if it were 10% and we assumed the drops in abyss are worth like 5m, at least that's 500k, better than the npc price of like 30k or w/e. And it's prob more accurate those things are worth like 10m+ so it'd be like 1m. I have like 15 of them getting level 175-180 so it's not like it's economy breaking. In fact it might even help us out of this deflationary environment we're in. I heard Fafnir Scale was worth 3B at launch, now it's 700m. Diabolus Wings I bought 2-3 weeks ago at 1B, now it's 800M. Even cards are hard to sell, the number of new players are too few and everyone just goes straight to cash shop items. We need a NPC for floor level or we might as well not have drops at all.
