After upgrading the shield (illusion shield I) there is no extra enhancement for Def of Mdef.
MaxHP/SP +10% enhancement is active.
I have not tested the neutral attack reduction.
EDIT: After most recent maintenance the DEF and MDEF enhancements are now visible. I have yet to test the neutral attack reduction.

please also look into illusion military boosts and illusion war axe combo effect(25%boss damage reduction not working)

Note : This item can perform Ilusion Enchant. There're also added some exclusive Ilusion enchant and some modification module only for this shield.
And this is also not added

i'm hoping themis balance + illusion shield are fixed this coming update. in a world where rk's db one shot everything, assassins spin/meteor assault for 999999, everyone stacks atk + and doesn't care about defense at all, give us the fixed themis and illusion shield for those who wanna make RG viable or like defense. ED RG exists but who has time to see their screen shake all day? any issues with "is it too overpowered" should have been decided before releasing ocp box. personally i think the themis balance is worth 500m if it's fixed thats why i literally traded my +13 ruff officer +25m for one and it's now selling for 70m
