I just noticed, after skill rebalances period perhaps, fire trap cant be used with leech HP.
This make fire trap cant be used as decent leveling method. Even with trap research skill increased from 5 to 10, literally doubling the damage (this is actually my dream, i was actively advocating to buff fire trap damage with community hat back then, i always tried even tho devs could not grant it. But dev's finally managed to buff it by reworking the skill), but without HP leech, it is very awkward.
The gimmick of this build revolved around tanky ranger with knife and shield, with defensive gears and HP leech for immortality. Too bad gravity doesnt seem like to facilitate the development of gimmick builds. As updates went by year by year, builds are more focused on elevating 1-2 core skills and leave the others behind. All right.
With this, i will have to announce this. Bye bye dagger trapper ranger, even though your performance were underwhelming, you were special. I had fun playing with you, and i had fun having some followers and people to mentor about this build. What should i do know? Of course i will move to mainstream build just like everyone else, just like gravity wants.
See ya in another life, my fellow trapper brothers and sisters!
ps: i also have secondary gimmick ranger build, dagger autowarger. But it seems to bite the dust also.
