You can buy a 60k zeny, Seed of Life, to make them active for 30 minutes.  You can use your discount skill and get them for cheaper.  I am still using azzyai 1.551 but it doesn't seem to do all the skills like before.  Ground skills you have to put on your hotkeys and cast yourself.  Sill trying to find a work around XD.
