I follow this exact same step by step procedure ''Greetings everyone! 

 

Starting as of March 1, 2020, all players who request customer support through our ticket systems will be required to register their support account, verify their email account, and login.'' Click the Register button and this pop up

I contacted wptechsupport@warpportal.com sad to say they left me hanging.
