The title says it all, and I feel like I'm crazy for asking 
. It's a stupid question, but where on earth is the tab to get VIP? I can't find it for the life of me.
And not for nothing, the answer in the support section is out of date since it references the old website.

Answered my own question. Contrary to what the site says, it's a purchasable item using KP. >_>
