I just got my char to base lvl 140 and did the quest to access juperos, but when i got to the tunnel found out that the mobs there are not killed by my arrow storm skill.

 

I have a +14 Crimson bow with 2 Resentful Soldier cards embedded to it, im actually dealing damage of 80k with the skill, and 200k approx with No Limits but even then the mobs are not killed. 

 

I deal damage of around 80% even with no limits, so im wondering what else can i do to increase the damage, since most of the places ive seen i can level in i cant kill the monsters at this level

It'd help if you included screenshot of your equips and stats. Other than more ATK, you can also focus on three things to increase your damage:

1.) Using NoLimits more often with Prism Rangers Scarf

2.) More Arrow Storm modifiers such as +11 Virtual Bow-OS [2]

3.) 100% def bypass with equips such as Perverse Demon Mask [1] and/or +9 Mighty Black Threaded Armor [1]

4.) Decrease Arrow Storm cooldown with Prism Rangers Scarf, Ignis Cap Type K [1] & Virtual Bow-OS [2]

 

Crimson Bow is not as good for Arrow Storm. Resentful Soldier card does not make such a big difference while you're in NoLimits. You can probably sell those to get zeny to buy more helpful equips.
