I opened a ticket in English asking to refund a purchase in "The Lost Memories" because the item(Mission Completion Ticket) I bought doesn't do what it implied to do.
The reply I got is following
Vou pedir para você fazer o envio do UID da conta e um screenshot do recibo de pagamento que vem no e-mail com começo GPA que vem as datas da compra. E se a compra foi feita com Android ou IOS e o nick. Lembrando que ao fazer o pedido do estorno, a conta informada será bloqueada permanentemente.

Which I found out it is in Portuguese after google translate and it is basically telling me my account will be permanently blocked if I want the refund (WTF?) . . .
I replied it in English and screenshots of my account info and payment receipts but got no reply after.
