Hello all!
We have received several reports about the Booster characters. It seems that the creation system rejected creating characters for many accounts. We will figure out how to reset this and run the creation again next week.

can you give us any info on this. is it 1 character per account? how do we decide the gender of class? Should we expect anything else besides 1 booster character and costumes that was transferred from closed server?

If you had an account on the Trans server, you'll need to submit a support ticket to get a booster character.
If you had cash shop items and/or costumes, you'll need to submit a second ticket asking for them to be transferred.

Okay, so, I was told that the team will try to inject the booster characters again today. Hopefully all goes well!
can you give us any info on this. is it 1 character per account? how do we decide the gender of class? Should we expect anything else besides 1 booster character and costumes that was transferred from closed server?
I tried to follow up on these questions, but the only answer I got so far is that the GM team will offer free gender changes for those booster characters. Thanks!

I messaged Support for my booster character. My problem is that my RO Transcendence account, and RO Chaos server account has the same name. The staff answering the support ticket is not clear on how i can get my booster character and package. I went to check Code the Redeemer NPC but there is nothing there.
