Themis helm from New OCP is given all the status&abilities they told in the hat, but yeah it's was a "COSTUME"(stats calculated from the helm you weared)
so, If it really be like that i'll spending money for OCP to get one, but if it's was bugged, so i'll just skip
but that's will be one of the most OP costume in RO history lol
Is Themis Helm bugged or it's supposed to be like that?
