Not sure if it's just me but I am having a great deal of delay when switching maps / getting into instances / logging online in the past few hours.
Also in the last few weeks I have experienced frequent instance shut downs (wait in instance queue and then instance window just shuts down and I cannot get into instance. Sometimes this will also trigger the instance cooldown, resulting me unable to get into the instance until reset).
Not sure if there is a fix.
