In the description of both Striking Mikoshi and Ring of Nature, it "increase damage to all class monsters" on striking mikoshi and "increase damage to all grade monsters" on ring of nature.
What do these descriptions point to? And what modifier does it affect?
What are class monsters and grade monsters?

my guess is that is Normal/Boss and All sizes

increase damage to normal and boss monsters, which is also often (yet mistakenly) written as atk% in most item descriptions.
