I can't connect to server

Hi,

I'm trying to login using RO client, but when I put credentials, the server say: 'failed to connect to server'. I just reboot the PC and disable antivirus, but I still with the same problem...

Any solution?

If this is a new account that was just created, there's usually a 15-30 minute delay for when your account is active so waiting just a bit should fix it.

If not, it may be an IP issue. Are you outside of the US? Some ISP's outside the US are blocked but there's only a few, you may be one of the unlucky ones. A change in ISP or using a VPN should fix it.
