Updates

• New OCP  will be available in the cash shop for 300KP! We will also be implementing an OCP Token Exchange System.
  • Each OCP moving forward will include an OCP Exchange Token
  • For every 40 OCP Exchange Tokens you collect, you will be able to exchange them at our new NPC, Timmy Boxter, for another chance at one of this month's OCP items (at random).
    • By spending 40 OCP Exchange Tokens, you can get 1 random OCP reward of increasing rarity (from the current month's OCP)
    • Each time a random reward is exchanged, you get 1 OCP Point.
    • When you reach 4 OCP Points, your next exchange will result in you automatically getting a SSS class item.
    • All points will be reset at this point and you can start again.

• Kachua is updated  
• Whirlwind is blocked in WoE1,WoE2, and WoE TE as a measure to prevent abuse. A bug report for this skill has been submitted.
• Noodle Festival Event extended until 9/1 for users to finish.

Exchange tokens and points are career spanning and account bound, so that you can accrue them over the course of not just one month's OCP?

 

Edit: Can I dump all the stuff I was holding for Grandma Boxter into an NPC to get some of those tokens?

 

Edit 2: Just to clarify the numbers, 160 boxes gets you 4 points, and on your 200th box you get SSS?

Actually $500, cus it says when you have 4 OCP Points, the next exchange gives "SSS" item, so when you would get your 5th OCP Point = 200 OCPs

1 Will Timmy Boxter only allow you to exchange for that current OCP rotation and reset every other release?

 

2. If lets say I have 4 points with the current OCP rotation and I wait out to get my 5th point to get the SSS item on next months OCP is that possible? Or do the points reset after each OCP rotation meaning you have to spend the points while you have it that month?

 

3. Lets say its next months OCP rotation and I wanna do my 5th point, can I choose the previous OCP to get the SSS item on that?

 

All this if Timmy Boxter doesnt get reset every month.

As written, it sounds like 200 chances at regular rate, 4 chances at elevated rates, and then 1 guaranteed SSS, per $600.

Well you can get 2 SSS items or more from 200 boxes if youre lucky. Another guaranteed SSS item is always welcome.

TBH this gacha system is better than what we had in RO MSP. You got 1 ticket per scroll (our version of OCPs) then you need 10 tickets to roll for gacha and you get the SSS item at the 200th roll but it was a list of OCPs 80% werent even good ones. Basically if you need to open 200 OCPs in iRO, back in RO MSP you need to open 2000 OCPs just to get one of the crap on the list and not a guaranteed SSS item.

 

This doesnt change anything, its a reward if you spend enough money. Im hoping You can carry over your points from one month to the other so if you're the type who opens like a $100 of OCPs a month you can get the guaranteed SSS item on  the 5th month. Its more of luring in players who need that SSS item so badly or unless the item is worth billions and it justifies spending the extra moollah.
