I'm pretty sure the Fallen Empire damage multiplier is bugged in some way lmao but I'm not complaining
Testing values (Using Blessing and some GFSS with only Str enchants)
I don't really have the resources to test more thoroughly, but it looks like the end multiplier is something like:
Damage (ATK) = [Base_Damage × (BaseLv ÷ 100) + (Str × 100)]%
(ex: for me it's 1000 * 177 / 100 + 129 * 100 = 1770 + 12900 = 14670% which is pretty close to what the actual value was)
whereas for most other skills the stat multiplier portion is generally solidly in the single digits. Unsure if the Str multiplier scales with skill level since the level isn't selectable and I don't have spare skill points/skill resets to test with.
