After this Warlock skill rework,  Release should be no Cooldown (as in kRO).  

But in game I find this skill still has 1s cooldown.

 

As in the game screenshot

 

After the skill rework it should be no cooldown.  

(I hope Uncle Sigma can help confirm that in kRO)

 

Or I found some evidence in kRO videos, that Release doesn't have cooldown after the rework.

where Release doesn't have Cooldown after use.        There is only global delay after the magic skills.

kRO doesn't have cooldown for Release after the skill rework.

 

As we know, Warlock now is already so weak among all the classes.  With Release being added with a Cooldown, the current weak Warlock will become even weaker in its capacity.

It is not meaningful to compare other servers' class rank to the situation of iRO.  They are totally different.   Even Warlock is strong in other servers, the fact is Warlock is weak in iRO.   It doesn't make sense to address the point of view by other servers, which are entirely different environments.

 

Or at least, 

their Release doesn't have 1s Cooldown, but our Release has!
