Nothing is show up when i click on buy VIP and point, I looked on google and some say that I have to report a ticket that I don't know how. Please help, thanks.

You may have to go through a Verification process before proceeding with a purchase for points. If you think otherwise that its a mistake; you can message the payment support through this ticketing system~
