What's the price of a MP card and why is it account bound? Lastly, what's the easiest way to sell it?

Some Mini Boss cards are account bound like Deviling / Ghostring / Maya Purple. The only way to sell it is to equip it into a headgear. As for the price I don't know but it does vary because of the headgear it's compounded on.
