I live in the USA, Texas. My ticket got a response saying it was from the EU, I've never been to the EU. I tried telling them this and I get no response.

 

Does support automatically assume every single RO player is from the EU now?

What do I do?

I'm not sure why you think my account came from the EU. I've never been to the EU.
My country is the USA, not the EU. I live in Texas. I don't know why you are seeing those stats registered with my account. Please help...

No, my VPN actually expired 2 weeks before creating the account. I also double checked with what's my ip, and it was accurate in pointing exactly where I am.

Looks like they responded asking me to create a test account. I did, hopefully it's not another 3 weeks to wait for another response.

Also, if any admins are watching this, if they can mail my character VIP packages it would be much appreciated so I can get full use out of the Boosted character exp ring that will expire in a week. Character named is LegendForge on the Chaos server. Thanks.
