My account has been block 5+ times now lol.

They need to un-restrict accounts that are 10+ years old or spend over 10+k.

Tired of having to submit a ticket and waiting 2-3 days for fix.

Let me spend my hard earn money!!!

What did you do? RMT? KS? Abusing? Exploiting bug? Botting? Macro and AFK? 

Thanks for supporting WP for a decade but there must be a reason for WP to ban you, is not it??? You hv been blocked 5 times and you did not improve yourself? or WP staff made a mistake 5 times?

No ...theres a  limit on how many u can purchase wpe points on an account which is very inconvenient for players especially when they are trying to take advantage on the sales for conversion (happened to me 3x as well account banned blocked for overspending...like say what....)

There is a limit of 3 purchases per day which resets at midnight PST which was done to prevent fraudulent charges which are then used for RMT and to stop thieves from 'testing' stolen credit cards numbers. Trying to complete a 4th purchase will lock the account until you send a ticket to the payments team.

Also there is a limit of creating 1 WPE code per day, but no limit for redeeming those codes as far as I've seen.

 

As this is more of a suggestion I'm going to move this topic to that section. But I do hope this change happens as I have also accidentally locked my account more than once as well!

Well, this make sense but there should be a warning message, else he will keep locking himself like this and it increases GM work load dont you think? 3 days for unlocking is too long also.

Oh thanks for this. I was searching down the internet how to deal with that problem. They just blocked my account because I purchased too much, I thought that it is problem with my credit card but right now I should not worry about that.
