This is the error and I am not able to play the game.

It is sprite error. I keeps disconnecting players and prevent people from playing this game. Some player use this to abuse and take advantage during WOE or disconnect players in prontera/eden.

 

Sometime it does not show any error, it just closes itself. The only way to check is to check in system event log. I created ticket since July 2022 and GM team kept asking me to reinstall game, check my internet and many things. They never solve the issue, my ticket is still active in ticket system.

 

You better create ticket to let them know that there are many players suffering from missing sprite issue. Good luck

No, my ticket is still active on system. You need to create ticket to let them know and solve this issue. Don't edit sprite, it is only temporary solution and GM will not permanently fix it
