I can inflict Curse on Undead-race and Undead-elemental monsters, right?

I know Undead-race and Undead-elemental monsters are immune to Stone Curse. But what about Curse? Can I inflict Curse on them?

How about Demon-race monsters? Can I inflict Curse on them?
