Update: Thanks to Sigma's pointing out,    what I wrote is wrong   lol

 

 

In the Kagerou/Oboro 185 expansion updates,   there should be with related skill updates.

 

Actually, the skill updates of physical part is implemented.  However, the updates of Charm skill is not implemented.   That is, the skill updates are half-implemented. 

 

Bugged skills: Fire Charm, Ice Charm, Earth Charm, Wind Charm

4. Kagerou & Oboro

4.1. Fire Charm
- Increases Blaze Shield damage bonus from 10% to 20% per 1 charm.
- Increases Exploding Dragon damage bonus from 15% to 100% per 1 charm.
- If 10 Fire Charms are collected. No longer enchants weapon with fire property and adds the effect to increases physical damage against earth property enemies by 30%.

4.2. Ice Charm
- Increases Freezing Spear damage bonus from 5% to 20% per 1 charm.
- Increases Snow Flake Draft damage bonus from 25% to 100% per 1 charm.
- If 10 Ice Charms are collected. No longer enchants weapon with water property and adds the effect to increases physical damage against fire property enemies by 30%.

4.3. Earth Charm
- If 10 Earth Charms are collected. No longer enchants weapon with earth property and adds the effect to increases physical damage against wind property enemies by 30%.
 
4.4. Wind Charm
- Increases Lightning Jolt damage bonus from 15% to 20% per 1 charm.
- Increases First Wind damage bonus from 10% to 100% per 1 charm.
- If 10 Wind Charms are collected. No longer enchants weapon with wind property and adds the effect to increases physical damage against water property enemies by 30%.

 

The four charm skills are not updated in this maintenance (while other Kagerou/Oboro skills are updated.)

 

Now with ten charms,  it is skill change weapon property, instead of increasing damage against property emenies.

And the skill damage bonus is not updated, either

With no equipment, when there is no charm

 

when there is 10 Ice charms, Snow Flake Draft damage bonus is still 250% (25% per charm),  instead of 1000% (100% per charm)

I think charm bonus on magic works properly.
The bonus is additive, not multiplicative.
So 10 water-charm will increase Snow Flaw Draft dmg from 900% to 1900%.
