How do we know when these events start? How often does the server activate it?

 

I'm also having trouble even finding what the current event or quest is?

 

Is it true the enriched act like safe certs? With failure is -1 refinement?

 

 

Edit- Okay, so I found the in the Patch Notes section of server maintenance some info but it is very basic it also doesn't list what server Chaos, Thor, Freya. 

I guess I just missed the event by a week ended 1/12/23.

What is the wait time usually before it runs again every 3 months? every other month?

around 6 months or a little bit less. Twice a year is something reasonable. I think.
