iRO Renewal Hardware Maintenance

February 2nd, 10:00AM - 4:00PM PST

 

Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. From now on, we will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week. Please note hardware maintenance time will be changing starting this week.

Thanks for fixing Warlock Spellbook bugs.   Please also eliminate the 1s Cooldown of Warlock skill: Release. fix spell book is still not enough to change the current situation of Warlock.

 

The 1s Cooldown of release is customizedly added by iRO about 10 years ago, instead of from kRO system. Because at that time, some players are abusing a bug of infinite release without reading spellbook. iRO add 1s cooldown to Release to prevent the abuse of this bug.  However, as 10 years passed, this bug no longer exist. Especially, after this Warlock Improvement, the Reading - Release mechanism has already been remade. Players will need to click on the spell book and then cast release. (As in the past months when the spell books are broken, nobody can release without reading spell book.) 

 

So it is entirely reasonable to request to eliminate the 1s cooldown of Release.    

 

If the 1s Cooldown is not eliminated, Warlocks need  #5966 Kardui's Ears with its original version without any nerf.  This item cancels the cooldown of Comet,  which makes up the flaw that Warlock cannot cast Comet smoothly because of the cooldown of Release. To have a decent neutral property magic skill is so important to Warlock so it needs to be solved. 

At the same time, players will need the OCP #490029 Geffenia Ice Magic Tool to increase the damage of Comet.
