Welding Wand is a weapon obtained either through the Dynite Gacha or by spending huge amounts of money to buy it from other players. Then after that you have to pay or grind even more for the 30 Dynite to enchant (and to re-enchant it if you got bad enchants).

I'd strongly recommend Pride Stone as a decently powerful and supremely budget option (5m to Welding's 3b) for Comet warlocks (reading spellbook, not Laphine-Kardui for obvious reasons) instead while you're working on the cash or ores for your wand and enchants. Enchants are also significantly cheaper, so you can tailor a few for Holy/Angel/Dragon to help with leveling in Odin or Abyss.

Pride Stone, 2-hand Staff.. a bit inconvenient. how do u handle spell interruption? i tend to use Mad bunny

the frog hates me... i broke 2 WL stones already.

If you can't get Warlock II Garment to stick, Bio5ME5 and Noblesse/Imperial/Grace Magic Boots will let you hit IC reading spellbook, unless you absolutely need boot slot for something else (usually Moaning).
