I have tried to use the VIP 10 day boxes multiple times now. I click it and nothing happens, on multiple accounts. I dont have VIP, I even bought another box for 50m and still nothing. What is the fix? Is anyone else having this problem?

what did you try?
I mean instead of click on the box what other things you did

vip active? I assume no
overweight? Store everything on kafra and try again

I'm not overweighed. I tried on two different characters on two different accounts. I tried storing it in storage, and even bought a new VIP box. I tried hot keying it, and still nothing.

I just uninstalled the game and reinstalled and its still not working this is annoying.

FIXED: take all weight off. then add the box back alone. Never heard of this trick thanks for the help!
