The Chaos server is currently undergoing technical difficulties and will result in unscheduled down time. Thank you to everyone's reports on this issue, the team is currently working hard to address the connection accordingly. Freya and Thor are unaffected.

Can you please figure out the root cause and permanently ban the dupers if any? The disconnection problem is here almost every day, please take a deep look inside. I really don't mind you put the character names of the dupers here on forum to warn people if it is the reason for those annoying disconnections.

 

As you mentioned here, Freya and Thor are good, which makes it really suspicious.

Why is this only happening in Chaos? Can WP team really investigate these duping and server crashing problems?

Normal players are affected and losing lots of VIP times while the server is down. Yet these dupers are free from being punished. Are you gonna ignore these problems until they are escalated? Or are you waiting for ‘studio’ to fix your mess?

It would be very obvious that players are selling in-game produced items consistantly (over the course of more than half a year) lower than cost.

Please do not tolerate them.

Cause login server can't connect to the downed server (character select) to get an update on the amount of players logged in, so it still says the same #

disconnection problem and duplicator issue are the mainly concern of ppl

please have a deep investment into it and lead iro to the right way

if they are doing this on purpose，ban them permanently

This issue seems exsist for several months and your team did nothing about it when CHAOS server went down every single day.

Good job, they will still supply unlimited Great Hero Bravery/Wisdom, Finest Mod, Shadow Enchant Box and BM3 to us and we will have several hours to rest instead of playing RO every day!

Duplicator make money, other players get rest, WIN WIN!!

Can we get a compensation? like a 10 Days VIP Box, a higher Bonus Drop rate/Exp, card drop rate event 2x, or something? our VIP buff keep running during the time the servers go down, we have been experiencing these issues for several weeks...

Yeah please don't get triggered immediately when I say this but the game is going to be hacked because it's doing very good and evil people don't want to see something thrive so the power is in the GM's hands to allow this game to prosper or not.

 

Hopefully they do ban them. If they do I for one will be happy as hell.
