First off, Campitor isn't coming back. WP won't pay him more, and I'm betting he's burned out completely.

 

Second, the rest of your suggestions would all but guarantee iRO's demise. With MVP cards in the cash shop, what incentive is there for anyone like you to go hunt MVPs? None. PVE would be nearly extinct. You can literally buy everything you need right now from the cash shop except cards. If WP puts MVP cards in, it'll be a quick cash grab before the servers are shut down.

 

Chaos is P2W. That's why some of us wanted Freya to be a Subscription-based server with only cosmetic items in the cash shop. Because then, everyone would be on an even footing when it comes to time invested, not money investments. And WP could still make money from unenchantable costumes.

 

Oh. I'm returning now. Freya is P2P and free of cash items? it's something i've always asked for!

Another doubt. Freya its forever and ever or will be fusion with Chaos in future? Like an temp server?

Freya was another attempt to steal more money from addicted landwhales in other words a mini chaos

And probably it will merge with chaos since are only like 10 people there lol

Chaos itself is already giga P2P. But yes Freya is cursed. Like literally you're the only 1 playing alone. I rather just create a novice account in Freya and wait for it to get closed completely and claim additional free booster char as compensation in chaos (like they did to RO Trans)

MvP cards in cash shop is a fast track. Its not the only way to grt to yoir destination. The introduction of domestic flights didnt kill ground travel by automobiles. But sure, introducing MvP cards in cash shop in iRO might kill the game but the problem isnt the model, the problem is the iRO players and the cultures of iRO.
 

 

Selling MVP cards in the cash shop would kill off the last reason anyone has of even playing RO. PvM would be killed off. There'd be no need hunting items if you can get everything in the cash shop. And selling MVPs would ensure that PVM/WoE would be the only aspects left worth doing in iRO.

 

I honestly don't see why WoE is even still active at all. God Items are obsolete, you spend valuable resources attacking and defending castles, and the loot in the treasure chests (last I looked) was just stuff sold to NPCs. The only thing I could imagine WoE being good for (besides having fun killing other players) is to have access to guild dungeons which have rare mobs/items. But again, those items are all but obsolete... I don't WoE, so... am I wrong?
