My brother account in DragonSaga is active, but he didnt enter the game about more than half an year

, When he tried to enter the game- he is requested to do -"Forgot passowrd process" 

but the problem that he deleted his email account he is registered in WARPPORTAL few months ago... - now he has a diffrent email- 

 

he had a lot of characters and invested a lot of time in his characters

he wont reback to the game if all the process he did will be forgotten...

 

what can we do?  

 

he still remember his username, and his password - the system just doesnt let him eneter because 90 days has passed ...

hey, this the post above talks about me. This is my account - I could enter to the forum, I can connect to my characters in the game.... 

But I cant change the email of this profile.... -and i cant login in the warportal site of dragon saga - thats what it writes me
