However with the delay in illusion of luanda (which is planned to be introduced in 10/31/2022 but still not available and not exact eta ) ,

Also, as stated in its script, "....Reduces skill cooldown of High Heal by 1 second." I strongly advise we should either change it to 3 seconds or change the skill that is getting the cooldown reduction to Coluseo Heal.

 

I can only speculate that on jRO, High Heal must have a skill cooldown of 1 second, but here on iRO, we have 3 seconds as per our mother server kRO, and considering Coluseo Heal has a 2 second cooldown, 1 second cooldown reduction wouldn't be too big an issue, considering AB could really use that cooldown reduction for Coluseo Heal to make it a bit more viable for party play, regardless of an Support, Hybrid or DPS Bishop.

 

Just my two cents on the matter, every other thing on the shoe is perfectly fine as is.

Not sure this would be the right sort of place to make requests to dramatically buff items like that.

Trying to have this topic be an easy to reference list for the production team so they have up to date community feedback when they coordinate with the studio team to decide what to bring over.

The extra effort of programming and testing such fundamental changes to items make them less likely to ever be brought over, so going to leave it off this summary.

That said ideally the staff will take the time to read through all of this themselves and they'll see your note and reasoning behind the change.

As for this, I added a note that the existing effect should be adjusted because of the skill difference so the end result on IRO is the same as the JRO. If there are other cases where existing effects of the item may need to be adjusts like this please let me know so I can add more notes.
