Pretty sure I did everything correct. The problem is Metz won’t give me the sign back. I’ve trying talking to him every hour on the hour to get it back and nothing. Did I fail the quest at some point? I turned the sign in at 5:11 pm and checked at 6:11 pm, etc for 5 hours and nothing. Is the quest bugged? Did I fail?
