All I can find is the unslotted version. Where can I obtain the slotted version? Or do I have to make it?

Afaik its been bugged son and staffs never bothered fixing em.

You can slot it by exchanging a +9 Upgrade Part - Plate and 300 Charleston Components. Same goes for the Supplement Part - Str. Is it bugged? I gave up half way to collecting the 300 components.
