I'm just wondering, how can one complete the events in the Quest tab on the Achievement Quests? I mean like Festive Filmmaker, The Truth, Ragnarok Memes 2021, etc?

You can't complete them, they are from forum events. People who have them won forum contests and the GM's flag them as complete for them in-game.

And they stopped doing them? Makes no sense to put in Achievements that only a few people can get, and that will never come back around.
