So, There's a missing Enchantment Npc, Gurgio Gurmani is not there and people are selling enchantments that can't be applied due to npc being gone....

Yeah, re-disable WoE, you didn't fix any of the bug abuses for it so people can still copy/abuse skills on stalkers and SC's. And they can still bug their stats into the thousands.
You had woe off already, why re-enable it if you didn't fix these issues too?
Just cause bug 1 of woe messages/etc being broken doesn't mean the bug abuses are gone too.

its really nice to play bug stats didnt fix, sc bug still there and the worst thing is that its hard log in to chaos always disconnect thank you for not fixing anything and just releasing new items

Please Inform the GM team that there are so serious disconnect issues with getting logged back into game and it would be nice if they fixed it before they went away for a 3 day vacation since in America this is Memorial Weekend and Memorial Day is on Monday....

This not being able to log back into your account is happening to everyone and has gotten worse as the day has progressed.

Please send info in for a Emergency Server Maintenance.

I think I remember seeing in another topic that they (us iro team) sent server logs over to studio in regards to the disconnect issue. Now add this to the long list of things to fix and there's your answer on when they might fix it. unknown! Nothing the US team can do about it. Lack of resources and WP won't add staff with the right skillset to the US side to fix.
