Can you help me?
I'm confused abount WP point, Kafra point and C point.
How to get C Point for buying VIP?
I only found "How to buy WP" and "How to convert WP point to Kafra point".
Is WP point = C Point for in-game cash shop? If it isn't how to get C Point?
And where to use Kafra Point?

Kafra Points = C

You buy WP points from warpportal
Then you can convert them on whichever account you want (Kafra Point/C)

On game, the store icon I said before (top right corner, next to the map)

I got super confused too 6 months ago when I returned.

 

you are not getting it through WP website anymore. It is now an in-game item you purchased by KP. 

 

The item name is something like 10 days VIP. The Icon is a heart-shape box. 

 

once you purchase and open the box, all character in the same account ID will have the VIP effect for 10-day. 

 

if you have different accountS, you will need to buy one for each account.

1. Convert points into Kafra points for the game account.
2. Open the cash shop. Icon is top right with no mods on client. IF the icon will not open then you can relog or go into eden.
3. Top right of the cash shop is a search bar. "Enter search item" Type in "Premium". Search for it.

Type google: Warp Portal Log In, use the WP Log in screen, log into your account.

2) GO to "Power Up"tab

3) Enter what you wanna buy, this being, on the website as you are logged in.

4) Enter your payment method and all that
5) Submit Transaction, if transaction is complete it will show you that "Ex: 1500 WP Thank you for your payment!" or whatever

6) Go back to power up tab you will then see the Warp portal points at the top in blue, at the very top

7) You should then see a list of game account names associated with your email

8) Be careful, pick which one you wanna choose and convert the WP energy to KP

9) IF Successful then log into the game and your character and choose "Cash Shop" icon that will appear at the top right

10) Buy whatever then.

 

Ok hope that helps. They really need to work on this game again.
