I currently have a +9 Phreeoni Wings and I want to know if it is worth it to make it +10 for MVP Hunting. I'm having trouble hitting MVPs like Turtle General/Osiris/Samurai Specter when they use Agi up.

it helps but not guarentee always hit when they agi up, you can opt to get perfect hit gears for example verus core accesories etc

U can only hit mvp with +10 phreeoni wing if they arent in agi-up status, otherwise you will need perfect hit to hit them
